IT Mill Toolkit 4.1 - Now Also Under the Apache License

Version 4.1.0 is a maintenance release for IT Mill Toolkit 4 branch. It introduces several enhancements and bugfixes. 

The most significant change included in IT Mill Toolkit 4.1 is the Apache 2.0 license. It allows IT Mill Toolkit 4 to be used freely in systems that used to require a commercial license.

This is a recommended update and everyone using IT Mill Toolkit 4.0.x in a production environment should upgrade to this version.
